  • Through data voluntarily entered into forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.

  • By saving cookies on end devices (so-called “cookies”).

2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  • Login and entry points for personal data are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted in the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.

  • The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.

  • To protect data, the Operator regularly performs security backups.

  • An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, in particular regular updates of programming components.

3. Hosting

The Service is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of: home.pl.

For technical reliability, the hosting company keeps logs at the server level, which may include:

  • resources identified by a URL (requested pages, files),

  • time of the request,

  • time of the response,

  • client station name – identified via HTTP protocol,

  • information about errors that occurred during HTTP transactions,

  • the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link),

  • information about the user’s browser,

  • IP address,

  • diagnostic information related to the process of ordering services via recorders on the website,

  • information related to the handling of email sent to or from the Operator.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on How Data is Used

In some situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations incumbent on the Controller. This applies to such groups of recipients as:

  • authorized employees and associates who use the data in order to achieve the purpose of the website.

Your personal data are processed by the Controller no longer than necessary to perform activities related to them, specified by separate regulations (e.g. accounting regulations). For marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

You have the right to request from the Controller:

  • access to your personal data,

  • rectification,

  • erasure,

  • restriction of processing,

  • data portability.

You also have the right to object to processing referred to in point 3.2 regarding processing for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling. The objection cannot be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.

Actions of the Controller may be subject to complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the use of the Service.

With respect to you, automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out in order to provide services under the concluded agreement and for the purpose of direct marketing by the Controller.

Personal data are not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer them outside the territory of the European Union.

5. Information in Forms

  • The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.

  • The Service may record information about connection parameters (time mark, IP address).

  • In some cases, the Service may save information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the user’s email address. In such case, the user’s email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.

  • Data provided in forms are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to handle a service request, business contact, registration of services, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly inform what it is used for.

Information on user behavior in the Service may be logged. These data are used to administer the website.

7. Important Marketing Techniques

The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator does not transfer personal data to the provider of this service, only anonymized information.

8. Information about Cookies

The Service uses cookies.

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored in the User’s end device and intended for use with the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the device, and a unique number.
